Billing Terms & Conditions 

  • All billing and registration information provided by you must be accurate, complete and correct. Submitting inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect information constitutes a breach of the Terms. By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the items, products and / or services that you have requested.
  • Trex reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to refuse service and to terminate accounts if Trex believes in its sole discretion that customer conduct violates applicable law or the Terms, or is harmful to the interests of Trex, its subsidiaries, or its affiliates, or for any other reason.
  • Trex and its affiliates and subsidiaries reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per account, per household and per order as determined in their sole discretion. These restrictions may be applied to the same account, same credit card and / or the same billing and / or shipping address.
  • Receiving an order acknowledgement via email does not guarantee the acceptance of an order.
  • Your use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the Terms. By accepting the Terms through your use of the Site, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older.

 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

  • We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. 

 

RETURN POLICY

  • Decking Sample purchases have NO REFUND/NO RETURN policy.
    • Purchaser is solely responsible for choices made regarding color and number of samples purchased. 
    • All sales are final. There are no refunds.
    • Exception to the policy will be made in the event purchaser does not receive his or her order or in the event of damage. Resolution of these issues will be made through shipment of replacement product ONLY.
  • Outdoor lighting purchases can be returned, subject to the following:
    • Product must be purchased from Trex.com to be returnable directly to Trex. If you purchased product from another retailer it must be returned to that retailer.
    • Product must be in its original packaging and not used.
    • If product is defective, please submit a warranty claim using this link: http://www.trex.com/trex-owners/customer-support/warranty-claim/
    • Product must have been purchased in the last 90 days.
    • When your return shipment is received, you will receive an email that we have your shipment.  We will contact you by email if we have any questions. Otherwise, expect to receive a credit card refund in approximately 5-7 business days following our receipt of your material.
